You have the right to cancel this contract or return items within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Please enclose the delivery note and note on it what exactly is being returned to us. The return is at your own expense.

You will receive the money after receiving your return refunded within 14 working days .

Note: You are responsible for the return costs. Please ensure that the shipment is adequately stamped. Make sure that the items are returned to us securely packaged. The items must be in their original condition and the labels must be present. It is also recommended that you send the package back to us insured.

For hygienic reasons, the return of jewelry and tights is not possible.

How do I return shoes?

If the return label is stuck directly onto the shoe box, we will unfortunately have to dispose of the shoe box and repackage it at great expense. Therefore, pack the shoes in the original box and also in a shipping bag or package.

How long does the processing time take?

As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed within 2-5 working days. This means that the return will be checked and the amount will be refunded to you using the payment method you selected.

 

Can I exchange items?

You can exchange one or more items. To do this, you can tell us which size or color you would like to exchange the item for. If the item is in stock, we will send it to you. If it is sold out, you will be refunded.
